All classes are based on traditional Hatha yoga with some influences from other types of yoga.When you are new to yoga the focus is on breath, moving safely and alignment.At higher levels postures are held longer and flow from one to the other while continuing to focus on the breath.
Level 1
This class is good for someone who has full mobility and wants to try yoga.It will focus on coordinating breath and movement while learning traditional yoga postures. This class will build on itself and prepare students to move to the next level.
" New " Restoritive Yoga
This class will give you a gentle introduction to yoga postures. It will promote strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga helps reduce stress and promote relaxation for both your body and your mind. Come comfortably dressed and props will be provided. Props will include: mats, chairs, blankets, foams and straps. You might want to bring a water bottle and a light snack for afterwards.
