Positive Space offers massage therapy and Hatha yoga for young and old. Massage treatments range between 45 minutes and 2 hours long and yoga classes from 60 minutes to 90 minutes long.
Types of massage include relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, myofascial, and pre-natal and post-natal.Yoga classes will all be hatha yoga in nature ranging in difficulty for all levels.
